Structure in tubular steel, cross-section 2.5 x 2.5 cm, with panels in brushed-finished stainless steel sheet.
Insulated with expanded polyurethane panels.
Pressed stainless steel tub, without sharp edges, suitable for GN containers up to 20 cm depth (not included).
Drainage tap for bain-marie water.
Heated with dry resistance element beneath tub.
Power according to models.
Mains voltage 230 V single-phase 50/60 Hz.
Adjustable thermostat.
Insulated movement handle.
Lower shelf welded to frame.
